Registration Fees

Full registration includes:

Access to the academic program, sessions, and workshops.

Conference kit
-
Tea, coffee, and snacks twice a day

Lunch for four days
-
Certificate of attendance.
We have made a significant effort to keep registration fees as low as possible to ensure accessibility for all participants. The inclusion of the banquet in the registration package will depend on the availability of resources. If additional funding is not secured, a partial payment for the banquet may be required.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration must be done in writing and submitted to the ATBC2025 Organizing Committee by email at atbc2025@tropicalbiology.org.

Any cancellation before June 15th, 2025 will be charged a handling fee of 30% of the amount paid.

Paid registration fee is not refundable on or after June 15th, 2025 for whatever reasons.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

All refunds will be made in USD.
-
Cancellation will be issued within three months after the Conference.
